EFT - Tapping Acute Fears Away With the Emotional Freedom Technique
The first time I heard about E.F.T, it sounded like something that you needed a therapist to do. This was due to the effectiveness of this emotional clearing technique. It seemed way too good to be true to have something immediately at my disposal, and completely free.
There are particular moments when you simply know, that there are beliefs that are causing anxiety or acutely powerful fears. But you may not want to dive into all kinds of commercial, or otherwise, techniques that encourage hours of hunting for or writing down specific beliefs you might hold about prosperity, health, etc.
If it's possible to simply eliminate a particular belief or a whole category of beliefs by targeting the emotions, this would be the ultimate in time-saving accomplishment. When I attempt to visualize a particular goal (such as owning a particular house, or being in a type of relationship I desire) I might encounter highly negative emotions that indicate there is something in my subconscious mind that is cancelling out my belief in the objective I desire.
By holding this emotion in my body, and focusing on it, while tapping 7 or more points on the body using the EFT manual, a negative "energy pattern" in my body can right itself and return to the naturally positive pattern.
