In Prayer, The Art of Believing, Neville talks about the Law of Reversibility.  He gives a couple of examples in the areas of physical laws such as magnetism and electricity. Then he uses this to back up,  in a very simple and profound statement,  that assuming that exact bodily and total-sense Feeling of something already transpired, this has to lead to the actual thing materialized in the three-dimensional material world.

Again, to clarify:

       In the same way that something happening in your life (such as getting a desired job or winning a contest), causes you to Feel a particular way.. . well..by the same Law.. if you start with the Feeling first.. the thing has to transpire, as reliably as the other way around.

Which brings us to the Lotto.

What are many of the possible effects of someone winning the Lotto?

Yes, feeling bewildered and overwhelmed in a happy positive joyful way is one possible effect.

However, there are other possible effects: 

• A winner could feel impending conflict as he figures out what his responses will be as he predict calls from family members who need help.
• He or she might feel extreme responsibility in handling the money in just the right way
• A lottery winner might also feel the anxiety of an interesting new challenge. For example someone who is still single, but wanting a partner  is now thinking about how to judge whether a new person that may enter their life, is only there for financial security.

If someone is intensely ( but perhaps not in a conscious/intentional/deliberate kind of way) feeling any of these feelings with intensity, or better yet, a combination of these feelings for whatever reason.. well, what better way for this Law of Reversibility (or whatever other terms might exist) to kick in, than to result in a Lotto win. 

This person has now attracted an objective event in their physical Universe due to their intensified states of Feeling! Yes, it's a Lotto win and objectively, we are designed to think that that's always a good thing.

True, some people could attract by consciously directing their focus on financial freedom.

However, the above explanation on how the Lotto can be the result of negative thinking/feeling habits can possibly explain the reports you might have heard of Lotto winners "expelling" that money from their lives through spending/gambling/drugs, etc..      After all, one could wonder: "If they had a poverty consciousness how could they draw a sudden amount of money into their lives.".   

So what is the point in clear English here?  The winning of the lotto does not reflect a necessary "good" thing in someone's life. 

This is because the Lotto win can be manifest from so many different causes, all of which resides in the States of Identity one has created with a pattern of repeated Feeling-backed thought.

It can be the response to simply an Identity of someone who is being Abundance in their Beliefs systems, and thus - because feeling-backed thought come only from beliefs - a genuine Wealth Consciousness.   Great!

The Lotto Win can be the Infinite Self's most direct channel, or method, to objectify the result of a consistent dwelling in the feelings of overwhelm, suspicion, anxiety, and other possible emotions that can possibly come out of someone thinking the thoughts in the above 3-point list.  But then the money oozes out of the person's life, as fast as air comes out of a flattened tire when one drivers over a big nail, due to a lack of wealth consciousness.
